A retired U.S. Army First Sergeant and Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML) with an MBA, he brings 25+ years of global operations leadership and teaches as a university professor. He leads acquisitions, investor relations, team scaling, and the Division's institutional growth across the DMV.

Rahel Kassa serves as Principal Advisor to the Tier ONE DMV Wholesale & Investments Division in a non-supervisory capacity. She provides executive guidance on culture alignment, client experience, branding, and long-term organizational sustainability, and works alongside Division leadership as a strategic advisory partner on how the platform grows.
