Pablo Ortiz Jr. is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of the Tier ONE DMV Wholesale & Investments Division. A retired U.S. Army First Sergeant and Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML) with an MBA, he brings 25+ years of global operations leadership and teaches as a university professor. He leads acquisitions, investor relations, team scaling, and the Division's institutional growth across the DMV.
